In recent years the Australian music festival landscape has become congested, and with rising ticket prices, last minute drop outs from bands, and greedy promoters many wonder how long it will last.

Enter Wreckfest.

Arguably the best lineup in the history of festivals ever, many (some) have described it as "the first big moment of 2014" and "not actually a festival, more a mashtape featuring a bunch of big name artists" but whatever the case, its unlike other festivals, as this one will be free and all bands advertised will be a part of it whether they like it or not.

This is the third Mashtape created, after Ronikal (The Monster Mashtape) and Bay Side Wreckers (The Wreckanomics Mashtape) released the first 2 in 2011.
